CANCELLATION POLICY

To ensure I can provide the best experience for all clients, please review the following booking policies: 📅 CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULES Appointments MUST be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a 50% service charge 🚫 No-Shows Clients who do not show up for their appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service Future appointments may require prepayment to book 🤍 Respecting Time Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Late cancellations and no-shows impact my ability to serve other clients and run my business smoothly. If you feel like anything needs a small adjustment, please reach out within 14 days of your appointment so I can get you taken care of. After that timeframe, any changes will be considered a new service and priced accordingly.
