For me, great hair is about more than leaving the salon looking good — I want you to love your hair weeks later, too. Every appointment is customized around your hair, your lifestyle, and what’s actually realistic for keeping it healthy. CANCELLATION POLICY
To ensure I can provide the best experience for all clients, please review the following booking policies: 💳 DEPOSITS A deposit is required at the time of booking for all services priced at $195 or more. Your deposit secures your appointment time and will be applied toward your service total on the day of your appointment. All deposits are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel your appointment entirely, your deposit will not be refunded, regardless of how much notice is provided. If you need to reschedule and provide at least 24 hours' notice, your deposit may be transferred one time to your rescheduled appointment. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, your deposit will be forfeited and applied toward the 50% late-cancellation fee. A new deposit will be required to book another qualifying appointment. In the event of a no-show, your deposit will also be forfeited and applied toward the 50% no-show fee, and a new deposit will be required before booking another qualifying appointment. 📅 CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULES Appointments MUST be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service total. Any deposit already paid will be applied toward this charge. 🚫 NO-SHOWS Clients who do not show up for their appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. Any deposit already paid will be applied toward this charge, and a new deposit will be required to book a future qualifying appointment. 🤍 RESPECTING TIME Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Late cancellations and no-shows impact my ability to serve other clients and run my business smoothly. Thank you for respecting the time I've reserved specifically for you! ✨ COLOR ADJUSTMENTS If you feel like anything needs a small adjustment, please reach out within 14 days of your appointment so I can get you taken care of. After that timeframe, any changes will be considered a new service and priced accordingly.
